John M. London '41 will be the next president of the Harvard Guardian, retiring president Euno R. Hobbing '40 announced yesterday. Lester G. Hawkins '41 is succeeding Ward Mcl. Hussey '40 as editor-in-chief, and Joseph A. Hartman '41 will take the place of Roger L. Werner as business manager.

The circulation and administration managers are to be appointed later on by the incumbents. Named to the Editorial Board were John E. Brouston '41, Duane B. Lueders '41, Joseph P. Driscoll '41, Henry D. Oyen '41, A. P. Ruderman '43, William H. Hodson '42.

New members of the Secretarial Heard are; Norman N. Griffith '42, Alexander H. Pollack '42. Rolaud E. Shaine '42; elected to the Buetness Hoard were; Lawrence E. Shulman '41, Stafford McLean '43, and William P. Beruton '41.
