Jones to Succeed Thompson As 1940 Monthly President

Cranston E. Jones '40 will succeed T. Dunstan Thompson '40 as President of The Monthly for next year, it was announced following the elections yesterday.

Elliott H. Phillips '40 replaces Sherman Gifford, Jr. '40 as Managing Editor; Pierre Amyot '42 follows Edmund H. Doerring. H. '40 as Business Manager; and John O. Felker '41 will be Advertising Manager an place of Alan J. Lerner '40.

Other officers include William Abrahams '41, Literary Editor; Cornclius Wood '42; Dramatic Editor, and Harry Fellenstein '42, Secretary.
