Putting on a drive in the last few minutes of play, Lowell House won a 7-0 victory over a surprised Pierson College eleven yesterday afternoon, while Eliot House soundly trounced Jonathan Edwards 13-0 and Adams fell 7-0 before Saybrook.
The Bellboys were held during the first half by a ten-man Pierson team. The visitors eleventh man arrived at the half, but Lowell tore loose in the last period and scored on a pass from Bill Murphy to Dave Hime.
Eliot scored in the second period on a pass caught by Dave Henderson, and they converted for the extra point. Don Donshue, accounted for the Elephants second tally in the third period.
Adams House lost to the Saybrook Seals, in a hard fought game in the bitterly cold weather.
