JUSTICE NOT DEAD SOPHOMORE DECIDES; D. A. PROMISES AID

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Athens, the goddess of justice, finally smiled yesterday on long suffering Robert (Apple) Orchard '42.

For weeks he has been limiting the Suffolk County courthouse searching for someone to help him regain his fifty dollars, but it was only yesterday that he penetrated to the inner recesses of the office of the district attorney who immediately promised him aid.

Orchard, who was held last June as a material witness to a jewel robbery case, claims of fifty dollars and has spent considerable energy trying to regain it.

"I'm just a simple soul with simple desires," stated Orchard. "I just want my money back."
