Harvard Students To Vote on Divestment From Israel in Inaugural HUA Election Survey
Prize awards to five outstanding students in the Harvard Law School, totaling $1,825, were announced today.
Richard H. Flnn, of Niagara Falls, N. Y., who received an A.B. magna cum laude last June and who was the Latin crator at Commencement exercises, was awarded the Endicott Peabody Saltonstall Prize of $225.
The prize is given annually by the Deans of the College and Law School to the Senior in Harvard College proposing to enter the Law School "who shall be considered to be best fitted, by intellect, character, and physique, to be influenced by Saltonstall's example and in turn to influence others."
Sears Prizes, of $400 each, given annually to the students in the School who have done the most brilliant work in their class during the past year, regardless of financial need, were awarded to Robert S. Ashby, Melvin Richter '37, Albert J. Rosenthal, and James P. Williams 3rd.
