The nine men elected to the Student Council will meet in the Student Council offices in Phillips Brooks House this evening at 7:30 o'clock to appoint three Sophomores and five Juniors to the Council. Appointments must include one out of house man, one commuter, and one member of Winthrop House, the remaining appointments being at large. The Student Council Constitution provides that each House must have at least one representative with one also for the commuters and one for the out of-house men.
