Will Celebrate Dana House Purchase of Hundred Years Ago

Seventy-five members of the American Association of Variable Star Observers will meet today and tomorrow at their international headquarters, the University Observatory.

The celebration of the hundredth anniversary of the purchase of Dana House in the Yard to be the first Harvard Observatory will be a part of the meeting.

Dr. Annie J. Cannon, the University's famous woman astronomer, will be speaker at the opening general meeting tonight at the Observatory at 8:15 o'clock. She will discuss her recent tour of the observatories of the western United States.
