FINAL CASE THURSDAY IN AMES COMPETITION

Seniors in Two Competing Clubs to Argue Before Federal Judges in Law School Contest

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The Simpson-Sayre and Powell Clubs will compete in the finals of the Ames Competition of the Law School on Thursday at 8 o'clock in Langdell Hall.

Sitting as judicial bench for the trial will be Federal Justices Harold M. Stepons of Washington, Walter E. Treanor, and John C. Knox of New York.

The argument will involve legal problems raised by the new federal Wages and Hours law, and the judges' decision will be made entirely on the merit and ability of the student lawyers' and not on presentation of the case.

The decision on Thursday will single out the ablest senior law "team".
