NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Last day for entrance in the Lee Wade and Boylston speaking competitions was set at March 1 by Robert S. Hillyer '17, Boylston Professor of Rhetoric and Oratory, yesterday. Candidates are instructed to register with Professor Hillyer in Adams B-11 by 5 o'clock of that day.

Candidates must choose a piece O' prose or poetry from English, Latin, or Greek literature, Professor Hillyer said, and submit it to him for approval. After registering, an extension for choosing a selection may be obtained.

In a preliminary competition, scheduled for about March 15, candidates will deliver their selections from memory and the field will be narrowed to 10. The final competition, open to the public, will be held in Paine Hall March 29.

The winner of the Lee Wade prize receives $50; the Boylston prizes are $50 and $35 apiece.
