Over-Use Is Yard Cop's Reason for Repeated Break-Downs
Disregarding suggestions that the broken Yard pump be sent to Washington for priming, Maintenance men yesterday afternoon succeeded in repairing it for the third time.
During the last two successive nights the old-fashioned pump has got mysteriously out of order. Yard cops prefer to think that the trouble is caused by its over-use rather than malicious sabotage.
