VARSITY EIGHT ROWS TO NEAR RECORD, WINNING TRIAL RACE

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

In a well-contested race on the Charles Saturday afternoon, a very promising first Varsity crew defeated the three other Varsity crews in close to record time.

Tom Bolles was reluctant to give out the time of the race--"they'll be gunning for us anyway," he said.
