Yardling softballers from Thayer and Wigglesworth will go to bat at 4 o'clock Friday afternoon in their first game.
To date nearly 125 Yardlings have signed up for the 15 game series. Participants will get compulsory exercise credit for the one game a week in which they play.
The schedule of games is as follows: Wednesday, April 20: Matthews vs. Holworthy; Friday, April 22: Massachusetts vs. Weld; Monday, April 25: Wigglesworth vs. Matthews; Wednesday, April 27: Thayer vs. Weld; Friday, April 29: Massachusetts vs. Holworthy.
Monday, May 2: Wigglesworth vs. Massachusetts; Wednesday, May 4: Thayer vs. Matthews; Friday, May 6: Holworthy vs. Weld; Monday, May 9: Friday, May 13: Matthews vs. Weld; Wigglesworth vs. Holworthy; Wednesday, May 11: Thayer vs. Massachusetts; Monday, May 16: Thayer vs. Holworthy; Wednesday, May 18: Wigglesworth vs. Weld; Friday, May 20: Matthews vs. Massachusetts.
