Three Harvard professors and one undergraduate will take part in the second "round table of the air" discussion to be sponsored by the Harvard Guardian on Saturday at 3:30 o'clock over the Columbia Broadcasting network.

Sidney B. Fay '96, professor of History, Bruce C. Hopper '24, professor of Government, Alfred Vagts, visiting lecturer in History, and Malcolm R. Wilkey '40 will discuss "The New Balance of Power in Europe" on the nation-wide program to be carried locally by Station WEEI.

Following short speeches by Fay, Vagts and Hopper, noted authorities on international relations, Wilkey will question all three informally on the subject of German expansion and its effects on the policies of the European powers.
