Series of five Hewett lectures begins at the Episcopal Theological School tonight when the Reverend Doctor Charles H. Dodd, Norris Hulse Professor of Divinity at the University of Cambridge, addresses a group in the Wright Memorial Library at 8 o'clock.
First of Dodd's talks on the general subject of "History and the Gospels" will be entitled "Christianity as an Historical Religion." On Friday he will continue this discussion by taking up the subject, "The Historical Tradition in the New Testament."
On March 23, the British lecturer will relate "The Gospel Story" and on March 25, "The Church in History."
