LAW REVIEW EDITORS APPOINT SUCCESSORS

Philip L. Graham Named President; Harvard Graduates Fail to Gain Single Post

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Basing their choice chiefly on academic standing, the editors of the Harvard Law Review last night named the six second-year men who will take over the publication in September. The fact that no Harvard graduates appeared on the list was explained by Robert Amory Jr. '35, Treasurer of the Review, who stated that the highest ranking graduate eligible for election stood 23rd in his class.

Those elected, Amory announced, were Philip L. Graham of Miami, Florida, a graduate of the University of Florida, as President; Theodore Tennenwald Jr. of Albany, New York, a graduate of Brown University and Robert Broucher of Massepequa, Long Island, a graduate of Haverford College as Note Editors.

John W. O'Boyle of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, a Holy Cross graduate was named as Case Editor; Bennett Boskey of New York City, who graduated from Williams College, was chosen as Book Review Editor. The post of Treasurer went to Nathan L. Halpern.
