In spite of the brilliant defeat of Intercollegiate title holder Ross Schaffer by Captain Johnnie Harkness, a revitalized Varsity wrestling squad dropped a 17-11 decision to Penn State on the victor's mats Monday.

Other victors for the Crimson were Bill Glendinning in the heavyweight class who scored by a fall, and Harvey Ross in the 118-pound division, who crushed King for a decision.
