The news that Kirkland House is preparing to print a Year Book to record its activities is a significant item. Every development which tends to make the Houses centers of intellectual, social, and athletic activities is constructive and progressive, and the Year Book should certainly have this result.
Morover, projects such as this will ultimately lead to a wholesale shift of the center of gravity from the College to the Houses, and this will make easier and more logical the development of individual House "personality."
