The fifth inter-House debate will be held tonight at 7:30 o'clock in the Kirkland Junior Common Room at which time the Lowell team will defend the affirmative side of the question: "Resolved, That the United States should substantially (by one-third at least) extend the quota on German Refugees" against their Kirkland opponents.
