Al Dewey Named Assistant to Hodder as Hockey Coach

Ice Drill Starts Monday; Chalk Talks, Shooting Drills So Far

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Al Dewey, Crimson hockey star of a few years back, has been named Assistant to Head Coach Clark Hodder, it was learned yesterday. Dewey will be in charge of the Freshman squad and will do some work with the centers on the Varsity. Canterbury will continue as goal mentor.

The squad, which has been working out in the Dillon Field House practicing shooting on the floor, will hold its first regular ice drill Monday. There have been some chalk talks given by Hodder during the past week.

The new skating rink at Cambridge will not be ready for use until January 1, so the squad will hold its practices in the Arena until that date.
