To a mixed group of over 600 students and politically wise local citizens Mayor Maurice J. Tobin will speak extemporaneously tonight on "Boston City Administration" in the New Lecture Hall.

The event which will take place at 8 o'clock inaugurates the year's program of the University's newest organization, the Independents. Three members of the group will address the mob and introduce the speakers, among them Michael P. Grace '40, president of the unit.
