PRAGUE--The Czechoslovak government, claiming a diplomatic victory over Hungary with Chancellor Adolf Hitler's support, today reported fighting between Czech and Hungarian soldiers in Slovakia province following an invasion of Czech soil. The new clash between Czech and Hungarian soldiers followed announcement that the two nations will resume negotiations immediately for settlement of Hungary's territorial demands.
