Congressman Will Speak on "What's Happening in Congress"

Congressman John H. Bernard of Minnesota will speak at the Phillips Brooks House tomorrow afternoon at 3 o'clock, on the subject of "What's happening in Congress." The address will be given under the auspices of the John Reed Society.

In his talk Bernard is expected to comment on recent speeches by the President, Assistant Attorney General Jackson, and Secretary of the Interior Haroldd W. Ickes in relation to possible legislative action by the House.

During his first term in the House of Representatives Bernard has attained notice for his consistently leftist stand.
