REED IS EXPECTED TO JUDGE FRIDAY, SAYS FRANKFURTER

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Stanley Reed, Solicitor General of the United States and appointee to the Supreme Court, will definitely be present Friday evening at Langdell Hall, where he is to be one of three judges of the Ames Competition.

Folix Frankfurter, Byrne Professor of Administrative Law, received the corroboration of Mr. Reed's plans yesterday. Beyond saying that President Roosevelt's latest choice for the highest court is positively expected to join John Biggs, Jr. and D. Lawrence Groner in the judging, Professor Frankfurter had no comment to make.
