Arthur B. Emmons will speak in the Institute of Geographical Exploration at 4 o'clock this afternoon on "The Mountain Barrier Between India and China." Emmons crossed these mountains on foot and by mule last summer, studying the geography and the tribal customs of the natives. He also took pictures with which he will illustrate his lecture.
