CHIEF LEAHY SENDS APPEAL TO G-MEN IN GOULD SEARCH

Cambridge Police Chief Timothy F. Leahy has asked for the intervention of the Federal Bureau of Investigation in the disappearance case of Wilbur J. Gould '40, it was revealed last night by attorneys who are directing the search.

While detectives continued to follow up possible clues with no apparent result yesterday, posters describing the missing Sophomore were distributed and the Secret Service indicated its interest in the mystery.
