All present and accounted for? No. Arkansas, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota--A.W.O.L. Forty-four out of 48 States in the Union are represented among the new Freshmen, as well as Hawaii and the Philippine Islands.

In addition to the territorials men have been admitted whose home addresses are listed in 15 foreign countries. Nations sending students to Harvard this year are:

Australia, Bermuda, Canada, China, Costa Rica, Cuba, England, France, Germany, Hungary, India, Italy, Japan, Switzerland, and Venezuela.
