Rober P. Brown of New York City has been named winner of the Sophomore crew managerial competition it was announced yesterday. William van V. Lidgerwood '39 becomes second assistant associate manger. Brown who was Freshman manager last year this will become manager of the crew in 1939.

Donald C. Watson '40 was the winner in the Freshmen competition, earning his number also as Freshman manager. Edward D. Rowley '40 finished second in this and David Shand 3rd '40 was third man in the competition.
