In their final game before the crucial Yale contest, the Freshman nine absorbed another defeat, bowing to Phillips Andover Academy yesterday. With the score 6 to 5 in favor of Andover, four runs were scored off pitchers John Woodward and Tom Healey in the last of the eighth, the game ending 10 to 5.

Andover, in spite of six substitutions, played errorless ball, while the Freshmen, with one substitution, garnered three errors.
