W. Scott Long, Jr. '39 won the University Foils Championship yesterday, defeating William F. Gerber '38 in a closely contested match. The tournament was run on an elimination basis, replacing the old round-robin method.

Today the epee championships will be held in the Indoor Athletic Building. This event will be run as an elimination and is open to all members of the University excepting Freshmen.
