Plans for new smoking and lounge rooms for Law School students in Langdell Hall appear to be suspended for the present as lack of funds prevent the remodeling desired, declared Acting Dean Morgan yesterday.

Faculty Votes Project

The alteration of empty rooms in a wing of the legal building has been voted upon by the faculty in adopting the report of the curriculum committee. There was no immediate prospect of funds sufficient for painting and furnishing the proposed common rooms, said Morgan, although graduates had expressed their enthusiasm for the project.
