More than 100 alumni and visiting clergymen are expected to be present at the annual alumni visitation day of the Divinity School today.
High spot of the program for undergraduates will be the Ingersoll Lecture on "The Immortality of Man", delivered in the New Lecture Hall at 4:30 o'clock by George Lyman Kittredge, Guerney Professor of English Literature, Emeritus. His subject will be "Ideas of the After-Life in the Teutonic Religions."
At the alumni luncheon in Andover Hall, the Rev. Augustus M. Lord of Providence, R. I. will speak for the class of 1887; the Rev. George Emerson Cary of Bradford, for the Class of 1912; the Rev. Herbert R. Smith of South Weymouth for the class of 1937; and Acting Dean Julius S. Bixler for the Divinity School.
Afternoon lectures are open to the public.
