With a few introductory remarks on the position of the Supreme Court in the governmental scheme, Arthur N. Holcombe '06, professor of Government, leads off tonight in Harvard's first open discussion of the Roosevelt tribunal plan.

Professor Holcombe, who has not as yet committed himself on the Presidential packing, will be acting as chairman of a forum sponsored by the Student Union and the Harvard chapter of the Massachusetts Progressive Committee.

The scene is set for the Junior Common Room in Winthrop at 7:30 o'clock.

Following Holcombe two members of the Debating Council are scheduled to present the rival sides of the issue. The floor will then be thrown open to general discussion.

Plan as final were announced last night at a meeting of the executive boards of the sponsoring bodies. Further Student Union business concerned arrangements for the annual Spring Peace Strike, to be held next Thursday. Its tentative program will be outlined and verified in a ten-minute open meeting of the Union before tonight's Court forum.

At that time decision will be reached on the key problem of whether or not to collect money for the Red Cross in Spain.
