SHARPSHOOTER SENDS SHOTS NARROWLY MISSING BILODEAU

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Three shots shattered a window in the Winthrop House room of Thomas H. Bilodeau '37 Monday night, narrowly missing the Varsity baseball captain. Coming from the direction of Lowell House the sharpshooter peppered the side of the building before sending the bullets into the room.

After the first two shots Bilodeau went to the window to investigate and was showered with glass when the third projectile ploughed into the room. Steel-jacketed BB's which could seriously injure a person, were the bullets used.

After investigation by Yard Police, Colonel Apted was able to announce last night that the culprit was known and he did not believe that such an incident would happen again.
