Conducting a debate on a new style whereby both the audience and the opposing teams are permitted to heckle the speakers, the Debating Council meets Oberlin College tonight at 8 o'clock in the Lowell House Common Room.

F. Welch Peel '39, Hubert H. Nexon '37, and Vincent J. Rossi '37 will take the negative view of the subject: "Resolved, That this country should adopt a policy of economic internationalism", while C. E. Irvin, Elbert Cisson, and Herbert Weinberg will speak on the affirmative for Oberlin.

Hoping to stimulate greater undergraduate interest in debating, the Debating Council will try to keep proceedings more informal than usual, and give the audience a greater part in the evening's discussions.

Six minute speeches by the opening speakers will begin the debate, to be followed by the second and third speakers on each side, with four minutes allowed for interruptions from opposing speakers.
