Present dangers of a threatening business boom were outlined last night by Associate Professor Seymour E. Barris, and instructors Richard V. Gilbert and John K. Galbraith of the Economics Department in a radio symposium over WNAC and eleven other stations of the Yankee network.

The discussion, sponsored by the Harvard Guardian, was opened by Harris who pointed out that, although the situation is not as dangerous as it was in 1929, the rapid rise in prices of commodities has precipitated a new prosperity which must be handled with caution.
