Wright, assistant professor of Government, appearing in Monday's issue, in which he was quoted as denying the right of the Court to pass upon the validity of an act of Congress. This statement was a quotation from a letter written by Thomas Jefferson and was read for the purpose of illustrating Jefferson's point of view.
