C. J. Dykstra, City Manager of Cincinnati and prominent in recent flood relief activities, was chosen president of the University of Wisconsin, it was reported last night by a member of the Wisconsin board of trustees. Dykstra succeeds Dr. Glenn Frank who was recently ousted by the board.
