Rines and Cutler Break Breast Stroke and 200-Yard Free Style Records in Easy Victory

Paced by Eric Cutler and Bill Rines, the Freshman swimmers out-paddled Huntington School 56-10 yesterday at the Indoor Athletic Building.

In annexing their tenth straight victory, the Freshmen also broke two Freshman pool records. Eric Cutler swam the 200-yard free stroke in 2:05, one second under Bill Kendall's record. Bill Rines swam the 100-yard breast stroke in 1:12, cutting 1.2 seconds off Nat Lemke's previous record.

50-Yard Free Style--Won by Kendall (H); Griffen (H), second; Crosby, (Huntington), third. Time: 24.3.

100-Yard Backstroke--Won by Prymak (Huntington); Kenneday (H), second; Southwick (H), third. Time: 1:07.

100-Yard Free Style--Won by Urquhart (H); Conger (H), second; Hamburger (Huntington), third. Time: 59 seconds.

150-Yard Medley Race--Won by Harvard, (Wehle, Rines, Hewitt); Huntington (Prymak, Cutter, Thaxter). Time: 1:33.

200-Yard Relay--Won by Harvard (Dillingham, Goldwasser, Conger, Urquhart). Huntington (Billings, Walker, Frank, Hamburger). Time: 1:51.4.
