Led by Captain Alvah Sulloway '38, the Varsity A squash team defeated the Harvard Club "Reds" yesterday on the latter's courts 4 to 1 to start off the season for the Crimson racquetmen.

Sulloway, at the number one position, defeated his man in five games, while Kim de S. Canavarro '40 at number four ran through his opponent in three straight victories. The lone Harvard Club victory came when Henrik De Kruif '38, yielded to F. L. Young in five games.

A. W. Sulloway '38 defeated E. R. Loftus, 12-15, 17-15, 15-12, 11-15, 18-14; G. B. Blake '39, defeated D. H. Gleason 5-15, 15-19, 16-17, 15-9, 15-12, 15-11; F. L. Young defeated H. DeKruif, '38, 10-15, 13-15, 15-11, 15-13, 15-10; K. de S. Canavarro '40 defeated J. Cross 15-13, 15-11, 15-13; and R. O. Easton '38 defeated A. F. Wadsworth, 12-15, 14-15, 15-12, 15-9, 18-15.
