Two Architectural Students Win Competition in Design

Richardson, Malsin Chosen in Contest With M.I.T., Boston Club

Two Architectural School students, Joseph P. Richardson '35, and Arthur Malsin, Yale '35, have been chosen as co-winners of the annual architectural contest in which students at M.I.T., the Boston Architectural Club, and Harvard compete, Joseph Hudnut, Dean of the Faculty of Design, announced Saturday. Both are pupils of Walter F. Bogner, associate professor of Architecture.

The drawings of all the competitors are on display now in Hunt Hall.

The problem given the contestants was the designing of a bus terminal and commercial building upon a given site in Providence.
