Plans for the library in the Littauer School of Public Administration are going forward slowly, Keyes D. Metcalf, director of Widener Library, said yesterday.

The situation is complicated by the fact that the library in the new graduate school must also satisfy the requirements of the Social Sciences Departments, which will make their headquarters in the building scheduled to rise in the near future on the site of Hemenway Gymnasium, Metcalf said.
