BOSTON'S RETURN TO LINEUP MOVES WILSON TO CENTER

Macdonald, Struck Pronounced Ready But Are Given Rest Before Final Two Weeks Push

By Donald B. Straus

With Chief Boston reappearing in the ranks of the physically fit, Cliff Wilson shifted to center yesterday afternoon, completing a circuit from center to guard to the backfield and back to the pivot post, all since the Princeton game.

After the top-notch performance turned in by Fred Jerome on Saturday, Harlow feels that there is now adequate depth in the blocking back position while Wilson's veteran services can be best utilized at center. It may also prove valuable both psychologically as well as physically to keep the Princeton victory combination intact as far as possible.

Stuart Ready

Bob Stuart reported in full equipment and ran signals with the B backfield. He will probably be given some light contact work later this week and may see action against Davidson. Out with a broken collar bone suffered in pre-season practice, he has been keeping training and pointing for the Yale game all season.

Bob Green joined Russ Allen on the doctor's list, also with a leg injury, and he will be benched with his captain this Saturday. It is hoped that they will both be able to face the Elis. Macdonald and Struck have been pronounced physically fit, but they were given the day off before starting on the final two weeks push.

As things now stand, the A line that will probably face the Davidson Wildcats are, starting at left end: Winter, Kevorkian, Noe, Wilson, Klein, Booth, and Daughters. Boston, Oakes, Pope, and Foley ran signals with the first backfield, but there will probably be some more shifting done back of the scrimmage line during the week.
