STUDENT SELLS SPRCULATOR PAIR OF DAVIDSON TICKETS

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

"You turned the tables on me," is the song a certain speculator is crooning to himself today, for this one was literally "rassle-daszled" yesterday by a shrewd Yardling.

The Freshman invited the speculator into the Yard, saying he had some 40-yard line tickets to sell, and would accept $11 for them. Eagerly the scalper handed over the money, while at the same he received from the youth a sealed envelope.

But when the Yardling started to run, the speculator tore open the envelope and found two tickets to the Davidson game, so, fury in his eye, he gave chase. "Yard cop! Yard cop!" shouted the Freshman.

One of these came quickly and halted the impending battle. He disposed of the case by returning the $11 to the scalper and causing the latter's hasty exit from the Yard.
