400 SIGN TO IMPROVE WORKING CONDITIONS
Petitions circulated by A. F. of L. representatives in order to indicate undergraduate interest in the plan to improve working conditions in the dining halls have been signed by 100 students.
Letters were sent to each of the seven Houses in support of higher wages and union recognition for waitresses, the kitchen force, and bus boys. The signed petitions have been sent to Aldrich Durant '02, Business Manager.
