Armistice Day tomorrow finds Harvard formal recognition in the work of the Student Union which will hold a series of round table discussions in Phillips Brooks House at 3 o'clock. The meeting is open to all.
Three Faculty men have been invited to lead conversations on three phases of the present world peace question.
Charles W. Duhig '29, assistant in History, introduces the topic of the Far East, S. Shepard Jones, instructor in Government, that of European Affairs, and Lloyd G. Reynolds, instructor in Economics, that of American Neutrality.
As a preliminary to the exchange of opinion, an undergraduate will address the group as a whole, placing before it some of the specific problems which must be solved in the world.
In choosing this type of program, the Student Union follows a precedent successfully established last year when almost 100 students attended a similarly planned meeting, at which the same subjects were discussed and also under Faculty guidance.
