The remaining events of the University Handicap Track Meet will be run off this afternoon. Postponed last Thursday because of rain, the program starts off at 2:30 o'clock this afternoon with the discus throw. Held at Soldiers Field the fall handicap meet is under the charge of assistant coach Bill Neufelds.
