William M. Langer, Coolidge Professor of History and authority on Modern Europe, will discuss "Diplomatic Strategy in the Mediterranian" at the opening meeting of the Foreign Policy Association at one o'clock this afternoon in the Copley Plaza Hotel.

In addition to Langer, who has been widely recognized for his books including "The Diplomacy of Imperialism", Grahm Hutton, assistant editor of the "The Economist," will give an address.

Continuing its practice of holding a Student Round Table at the conclusion of the meeting, the Association offers students interested in foreign affairs an opportunity to question distinguished authorities.
