Finishing up the University Handicap Track Meet, runners and jumpers today compete in the remaining nine events. Tuesday, under the supervision of Coaches Mikkola and Neufeld, four events, the 36 pound weight, the pole vault, the high jump, and the shot put were run off.
Events Start at 2:30 O'Clock
This afternoon the track and field events, which are open to all members of the University, will start off at 2:30 o'clock with the discus throw. At 3 o'clock the broad jump and trials in the 80-yard high hurdles are scheduled to be held.
The 80-yard dash trials are at 3:10 o'clock, finals coming half an hour later. The 440-yard run will be held at 3:20 o'clock. The high hurdles finals at 3:30. The javelin throw will also be held at 3:30 o'clock. The trials of the 120-yard low hurdles come at 3:50 o'clock, the finals at 4:25 o'clock. At 4 o'clock 160-yard dash trials will be run, and the finals at 4:15 o'clock. The half-mile starts at 4:10 o'clock.
