Felix M. Warburg, banker and philanthroplat and one of the University's largest non-alumni benefactors, died yesterday in New York. He was 66 years of age.

During the last 25 years he gave over a million dollars to help various parts of the University. In 1914 he made a large gift for the construction of the Music Building, and in 1920 to the Graduate School of Education. He served on the visiting committee of the School from 1913 to 1929.

The Fogg Museum has a room named for him, Warburg Hall.
