The State's vast system of Public Extension courses swings into action today with classes opening in Spanish and French. Both will be held in Sever Hall, and the Faculty, with a majority of Harvard men, also comprises educators from B. U. Tufts, Simmons, The Boston Museum of Fine Arts and Wellesley.

Next week the opening meeting of seventeen other courses in a great variety of subjects will be held. Most of these, too, will be held in Harvard buildings.
